Our Story
We’re Josh & Gerrilyn, a husband-and-wife team bringing the spirit of pau hana—“finished work” and time to unwind—to Central PA.
Right now, you’ll find us cooking in the 2nd floor kitchen at the Lebanon Farmers Market, serving island-inspired comfort food and a rotating selection of curated books and games. We’re starting small and intentional so we can do things the right way: thoughtfully prepared food, welcoming service, and a community space that grows with you.
We’re not full-service caterers or a big chain—just two people who love good food, cozy corners, and the way a great meal brings people together.

Our Food
Hawaiian-inspired classics made with care—think spam musubi, loco moco, mochiko chicken, gau gee, kalua pig, and small-batch pastries like butter mochi, chi chi mochi, ube cookies, and lilikoi bars.
Everything is prepared in our market kitchen, packaged for easy pickup, and labeled with reheating tips when helpful. We keep the menu tight and seasonal so what you get is fresh, consistent, and delicious.
